Today Internment.net share via facebook the Library of Congress's online digital newspaper collection. These newspapers date from 1836 to 1922! I took a little break from searching the Bloomsburg PA news papers for my Fitzgerald ancetors to take a little blogger break and share this website.

And best of all, it's free!
So far I've come up with the name Fitgzerald, a lot, but I'm not finding any of my family....yet. The website is very easy to use and images of the actual newspapers are viewable. And, of course, what genealogist doesn't love old newspapers!
